Key Responsibilities:
· Safely operate the delivery vehicle (van, truck, etc.) following all traffic rules and regulations.
· Load, secure, and unload haircare products onto the delivery vehicle, ensuring product integrity.
· Plan delivery routes to optimize efficiency and timely delivery.
· Communicate with the dispatch team to coordinate delivery schedules and updates.
· Provide exceptional customer service by delivering products courteously and professionally.
· Verify order accuracy before departure and upon delivery to customers.
· Collect payments, issue receipts, and accurately maintain delivery records.
· Address customer inquiries and concerns in a respectful and timely manner.
· Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues promptly.
· Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and delivery guidelines.
· Assist in warehouse activities, such as loading and unloading, as needed.
Requirements:
· Must be College level
· Valid Professional driver's license with restriction code 1, 2 and 3
· Atleast 3-5 years of experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.
· Familiarity with the local area and efficient route planning.
· Customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
· Ability to lift and carry packages of varying sizes and weights.
· Basic math skills for handling payments and maintaining records.
· Dependable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery schedules.
· Attention to detail to ensure accurate order delivery.
· Professional appearance and demeanor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month

- Cebu City, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

- Delivery Driver: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
