Your role – Are you ready for a challenge?
The purpose of the role is to provide support to the Legal team handling requests from other departments
Your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Manage the Legal helpdesk mailbox to ensure requests are picked up and followed up by the respective Lawyers;
- Collate and structure input from the Legal team for reporting to internal and Group committees;
- Collate and structure complaints and litigation data for reporting to internal and Group committees;
- Support the European Legal Director in organizing the daily workload of the Legal team through strong communication and on-going contact;
- Provide administrative support to the Legal team for the purchase of external legal advice (manage requests in the expense management system, communicate approvals, reconcile invoices, etc);
- Calendar management for the European Legal Director. Scheduling meetings, travel, out of office conferences and special events;
- Partner and network with Company's Executive Assistants in order to collaborate on events management, schedule department-wide meetings, obtain information, get things done fast and solve problems;
- Produce PowerPoint presentations and other written documents for internal and external meetings/events;
- Support the European Legal Director for the production of various reports.
Your profile – Have you got what it takes to become our Paralegal Assistant?
- Proven working experience as a personal assistant/executive assistant, supporting senior personnel, ideally in a Legal environment;
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Capable of developing strong business relationships and building trust;
- Able to exercise sound judgement and initiative;
- Action-oriented and creative;
- MS Office applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Fluent in English. A good level in French and/or German is an advantage;
- Some Legal knowledge is an advantage.
