Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team and facilitating the sales process. This role involves coordinating sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, and assisting in the development and execution of sales strategies. The Sales Coordinator works closely with various departments, including marketing, customer service, and finance, to ensure efficient sales operations and customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assist the sales team in day-to-day activities, including order processing, tracking, and managing sales documentation.

· Coordinate and schedule sales appointments, meetings, and events.

· Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information and assistance.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and distribute sales materials, presentations, and proposals.

· Maintain accurate records of sales data, customer interactions, and market trends using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.

· Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for sales management.

· Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders, invoices, and payments.

· Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing policies.

· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team to ensure product availability.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.

· Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify new sales opportunities.

· Provide administrative support to the sales team, including travel arrangements, expense tracking, and meeting coordination.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales processes and improve overall efficiency.

· Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and professional development activities to enhance sales knowledge and skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

· Proven experience in sales support or coordination roles.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).

· Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports.

· Knowledge of sales techniques and principles.

· Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

· Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

· Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

· Professional demeanor and ability to represent the organization positively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
