Pricing Operations Analyst with German [Poland]

will be an integral member of the EMEA KCP Finance Pricing Operations team. You will be dealing with variety of tasks relating to Direct and Indirect pricing and Customer Master Data.

Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering KPIs and adhering to company guidelines. You will have an opportunity to grow in the Finance structure, supporting external and internal customers. Your role will be an integral part of the team, allowing the whole Finance team to achieve financial goals and lead the world in essentials for better life. Pricing Operations Analyst will act as a liaison between Customers, Sales team and other KC teams by developing strong and open relationships. You will also support Customer Master Data process, Direct & Indirect pricing process, as well as Sales team with pricing requests. You will have a chance to open your mind into new innovative opportunities, creative ways of working and you’ll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support Direct & Indirect pricing process (e.g. SAP, SFDC, Customer Portal, Integrity) on daily basis

  • Process chargeback claims (including audits, accruals & settlements) in various formats and answer relevant queries (e.g. sending credits, lists, reporting, maintenance of archives)

  • Cooperate with internal departments – credit collection, pricing team for quicker query resolution (e.g. late payments, new customer creations etc.)

  • Support Sales Team with pricing requests (e.g. fill out customer pricing documentation, download pricing list for a Customer, indirect price reporting etc.).

  • Generate reports for various stakeholders (e.g. turnover report, price list report, chargeback report)

  • Solve price queries, deduction queries and reclamation coming from Customers, Customer support team and credit team

  • Work closely with Senior Analysts regarding rebate pay outs and rebate queries

  • Actively provide feedback and process information to follow Continuous Improvement principles

  • Provide training to Customers and Sales team on Kimberly Clark systems and processes.

About You:

  • You have experience in Sales operations / Finance, it would be a plus

  • Degree in Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience is a plus

  • You speak German & English at B2 level

  • You have excellent MS Office knowledge (Excel in particular)

  • You are an excellent communicator verbally & in written with strong interpersonal and time management skills

  • You are able to meet strict deadlines and working under pressure

  • SAP knowledge is a plus (MM, SD, FICO)
