About the Job
You will join our Operations Team based in Amsterdam/Venlo. Your focus will be on assisting our Operations Project Managers on their projects, from optimizing processes to identifying cost-saving initiatives!
You will assist our Customer Experience Manager in her organization and support her in day-to-day tasks. An internship at the Supply Chain Department of Waldom will give you the opportunity to learn about our industry, broaden your professional experience in Supply Chain, develop your skills and allow you to start crafting your own career.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Operations Team with day-to-day tasks.
- Assist the Customer Experience Manager in her organization.
- Support the team in maximizing revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve our customer and employee experience.
- Work closely with our Operations Project Managers on their projects to ensure operational excellence in Waldom.
What You’ll Need
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related study program.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to take ownership.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Can work Full-time (30-40 hours).
